a Wednesday Weigh In + some rambles

Well, I was so tired yesterday that I thought YESTERDAY was Wednesday! haha!

So, here’s my Wed Weigh In video, only it was really filmed on Tuesday.

 

hehe.  So how about you?  You doing this healthy thing with me? Had any progress???  It’s just crazy to me that I’m losing weight but eating MORE.  It kind of doesn’t make sense, but I guess it does.  I don’t know.  All I’ve done so far is try to make myself eat at least 3 times a day.  I have also added water.  I am keeping a food journal, and after like the first week I noticed I don’t drink ANYTHING.  A small something in the AM (either coffee or juice) and then NOTHING until I ate dinner. {O.o}  How was I not dehydrated and dying?!  Anyway, now I manage about 2 bottles a day.  I know that’s still not enough, but its BETTER, and “better” really is my goal.  Nothing more. 

You know, I was looking at my blog yesterday and it made me really sad.  Seems since I started using facebook I just don’t update here too much.  Typing here what I have already said on facebook just seems like a big “rehash” to me, kwim?  It dawned on my yesterday though, that facebook my not always be there.  Not to mention that not everyone USES facebook.  And then there is the whole – after a day or two you can’t see it on facebook anymore.  Which sucks.  I used to use my blog as kind of “This is my life” story book.  I could look on here at anytime and see what was going on in my life.  This year I wont be able to do that because most of my life was only posted on Facebook.  *insert sadface here*.

I’m going to try to get back into posting on my blog more, even if its on facebook.  YES, I AM.

Just on the side (and totally off topic):  The kids have started adding book reviews over in the reading section.  I would love it if you would/could take a moment to pop over there and leave them a little encouragement.
