The Fantastic Adventures of Sticky #1 (Volume 1)

by Rene Cournoyer

Release Date: 2016-04-10

This four-book series is double-spaced for easy reading. The chapters are short to build a child’s confidence in reading. This book’s design is especially great for kids with ADD or ADHD. Sticky the elf has a special gift, he can shoot bubblegum from his hands. Sticky and his two best friends, Dumbley the dwarf and Robyn the elf, are headed on a Fantastic Adventure. They will journey from their sheltered, fantasy village of Shendale, hidden from human eyes in the forest to the real world of humans, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – 1776. Along the way, this special elf will help everyone he meets, spreading his special brand of cheer and humor. He also learns a few special lessons of friendship, loyalty, and a touch of human history. Join Sticky and his friends as they embark on this Fantastic Adventure. With bubblegum goodness along the way! This is a first paragraph book aimed at 4th graders. However, when I read this to my grand-kids (4-12), they loved it. My dad (89) read it and gave me a hug afterwards and said, “Thank you for making me feel young again.” This book is fun for all ages. Enjoy!

Big Thanks to the author for sending me a copy of The Fantastic Adventures of Sticky #1 (Volume 1) by Rene Cournoyer!!

AND as always, big thanks to you for popping by to see what I was rambling on about. LOL

Hope you have a great week.

Just a reminder, I usually post pics of the books I get right as I get them on to my facebook page and my instagram so make sure to click over and LIKE the page and/or follow my gram – then you’ll see what books I get as I get them instead of waiting till I do a “book haul” video. I’ll still do haul videos every couple of weeks, too. So… yeah. All righty then.
