#FridayReads – July 18, 2014

Happy Friday, guys! Time for another #FridayReads…

#FridayReads | wearewordnerds.com

Its time for this weeks #FridayReads, and this weekend, I’ll be reading the soon to be released horror novel Amity by Micol Ostow.  I’m about a third of the way through so far. I feel like the story is still “building”, but I am having a hard time getting into it. Probably because I have read so many other books about the Amity house. It isn’t bad, I just keep finding myself thinking about other books I have read. If that makes sense at all. You know, you read a line and it jogs a memory of something else that happened in that section of the house in another book. LOL  I’m also reading an ecopy, which is probably the OTHER reason I’m just not getting into it.

Anyway…  so this is what I am reading this weekend.

Amity by Micol Ostow

For fans of Stephen King and American Horror Story, a gruesome thriller suggested by the events of the Amityville Horror.Connor’s family moves to Amity to escape shady business deals.
