Synopsis:
In one of the most hotly anticipated sequels in memory, J.K. Rowling takes up where she left with Harry’s second year at the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Old friends and new torments abound, including a spirit named Moaning Myrtle who haunts the girl’s bathroom, an outrageously conceited professor, Gilderoy Lockheart, and a mysterious force that turns Hogwarts students to stone.

My Thoughts:

Again, another great book by J.K. Rowling. I really enjoyed reading this one, just as much as all the others (Excluding Prisoners of Azkaban, I can’t Remember that one all that well.). As with all the others Harry is bumbling through his Wizardry training, and dealing with old foes and the persisting effect of Voldemort. New allies, new magical monsters, and the ever so comical Ron Weasely make appearances in this sequel.

This one actually furthers in the plot, and shows that not everyone is as they seem.

Now there is a great plot twist near the end, though I won’t spoil it, and yet another encounter which Harry will have to make through with the Help of his friends. You end up laughing up slugs to this astounding sequel, you may even cry Phoenix tears.
