Happy Friday!

Hi ya!   Hope you are having a fantastic weekend so far.  We are!

Its been a very relaxing week here in the Cates house.  The kiddies are on fall break AND its my birthday week so we’ve been doing lots of SLEEPING IN, and munching on goodies!  My birthday isn’t actually until Sunday, but I’ve sure been milking it all week.  LOL!!!

I decided I didn’t want a birthday cake this year, so tonight I whipped up some pumpkin cupcakes!  I love FALL!  I love PUMPKINS!  I love this time of YEAR!!!

I love my “internet” family, too!  You guys have really spoiled me this year!  So far I’ve gotten a new webcam and tons of makeup and giftcards! yay! I even just put in a HUGE book order!!  I love you guys & could never say THANKS enough to show you how loved you’ve made me feel this month!  This has seriously been a fantastic month, and I am so grateful!!!

On to other things!

A few peeps have messaged me wanting links to purchase and reviews on the makeup I got this month, so next week I’ll be posting the MAKEUP HAUL videos here on the blog, with links to buy the goods – and if I’ve used the stuff I’ll try to leave a note/review.   All in all I’ve been very happy with ALL of my purchases!!!!!!!!!

Also, I’ve been thinking about putting a forum and gallery here on the site.  I post a lot on facebook, but I am starting to feel “claustrophobic”.  I feel like all of my internet communications has fell to facebook, which I hate.  What if facebook crashes – or goes to a pay service?  Plus I miss having my “own” community of friends, ya know?  The forum wouldn’t be just a digiscrap forum though, it would be an “everything” forum for books, cooking, crafting, parenting, etc…  Would you use something like that or are you strictly facebook?  It seems like all the forums and galleries I used to visit are completely DEAD, so I am just wondering if it would even be worth the effort to set it up, ya know?

‘OH OH!  I have something really fun that I am going to be doing with KimB so be sure to keep an eye out for that.  It starts SUNDAY!!!!!! (I think!)
