StFu: card one
StFu (uhh… Start to Finish Up. What did you think I meant?!)
StFu is what I’m going to be calling my – Wednesday Walkthru’s. This weeks StFu is: Card 1 – Fall theme
So just to clarify: the StFu is obvisously a “walk thru” on creating a project!
I did this card for this month’s color challenge. 🙂
I love how it turned out!
For supplies
- Craft Cardstock cut to 4 1/4 x 11 (this is a top fold card)
- cream card stock cut to 4 1/4 x 1 1/2
- base patterned paper cut to 4 x 5 1/4 {width –height}
- bottom pattern cut to 4 x 3 {width –height}
- dark cardstock cut to 4 x 1 1/2 and then scallop punched
- faux leaf
- dimensionals
- sentiment stamp
- white craft ink and clear embossing powder
- Close to Cocoa classic stamp pad
- Distress Vintage Photo ink
- White Gel Pen
- adhesive snail
- Perfect Pearls Spray
- corner chomper
Step one is gather and cut out your supplies. (above)
Next spray with Perfect Pearls and let dry (or dry with a heat tool.)
Fold your craft cardstock, and burnish with a bone folder.
Adhere the base patterned paper
add the bottom patterned paper.
add your scallop border
Ink your sentiment paper, and then stamp it with White Ink and emboss.
I didn’t like the white ink on that light light background so I stamped it again (shadow stamping) with Vintage Photo.
next add faux Stiching with a white gel pen
and use the corner chomper to round the bottom corners.
Adhere the fake leaf with dimensionals.
