Tonight as I sit here thinking about Thanksgiving and family, after a day when I learn that one of my childhood friends lost her brother yesterday in a horrific accident, I feel both terribly sad and incredibly blessed.
On this, the first day of November, first day of the month in which we celebrate all things to be thankful for…
I am thankful that my family are here with me, healthy and happy (well, as happy as any “normal” family can be).
