What Genres do you review’?
I am willing to review just about anything that sounds interesting.  I love horror, paranormal, thrillers, true crime, etc.  but I will read just about anything.   I will not review romance novels.  I’m sorry, I generally detest these novels so rather then give you a bad review… Young readers are also accepted and read by myself and/or my children.  I have a 13 year old girl and a 17 year old boy.  For a detailed list of genres we are currently seeking, please see the CURRENTLY ACCEPTING section on the far right of this page.

Will you review my e-book?
No, I will not review e-books.  I’m sorry, I prefer a good book in the hand not a computer screen, not to mention reading on the laptop or pc gives me migraines.

If I send you my book for free, will that guarantee a GOOD review?
No, I’m sorry.  My reviews are 100% honest and unbiased.

I’m not published yet, will you review my manuscript?
Absolutely, please see the PREMIUM SERVICES page for more info.

I don’t live in the United States, will you still review my book?
Sure, as long as it is in ENGLISH.

How long does it take for a review to be posted?
Depends on how many reviews are ahead of yours and how well I like the book. If I like a book, I can read it in a day so it really depends on my back log and your creativity.    At the time of this update, books are on about a twelve week hold from receiving to posting.

Can I repost your review on MY blog?
Absolutely.  You must credit WeAreWordNerds.com for the review and include a clickable link back to the original post on this site.

What happens to the books you receive once you have reviewed them?
They get added to my personal library.  Occasionally, should I end up with duplicate copies of books, they will end up as a giveaway or left on a park bench for BookCrossings.

Who are you, and what makes you think I should have you review my book?
I am the perfect person to review your book because I am “every woman”.  Oh stop.  I’m just kidding.

I am a stay at home mom who loves to read.  My review will give you an idea of what an avid fiction reader thinks of your book, an avid reader who just happens to be a SAHM (SAHMs are a huge demographic!).

Do I have to email before sending a copy of my book?
Nope.  Our address is on the REVIEW POLICY page.  An introduction email is always nice, and it’s great to build a personal relationship but it’s not necessary to know YOU to read your book.
