I thought it would be fun to show you all some folks/things that interest me, so this week… I would like to introduce you to Lilach Oren if you don’t know her already!  I’ve known her (online) for quite some time.  She has a fantastic blog full of hybrid, digital, fabric and paper craft and sewing projects! Her blog is great, but my favorite thing about Lilach is her ETSY shop.  She creates and sells the most adorable projects.  Makeup cases, art cases for kids, jewelry, belts…  all of it…

I was having dinner with a pregnant friend of mine a week or two ago.  Just two gals, hangin’ out.  Of course we got on to talking about her baby, since she is about to pop.  I was so shocked when out of no where she said she guessed she should really get a husband soon.  I just kind of laughed it off and sat there for a second, and when I looked into her eyes my heart broke.  I realized she really meant it. My Feb bookmark is a little gothy this month… Stamp is a rubber stamp from Jill Penney.  Stamped with Stazon onto white cardstock.  Then colored with water color pencils, and detailed with Sakura Stardust pens.   The base is white cardstock inked and then stamped with Vintage  Photo, Walnut Stain, Antique Linen, and a tiny smidgel of Rich Razzleberry.  Alpha is stamped in vintage photo.  READ is black Thickers from Amercian Crafts.  The tie is black hemp rope, and beaded with 1 beaded black heart bead.  🙂  Oh, the flower stamp…

Welp, here we are.  Another week has passed.  Another 7 days taken from the future.   Another 168 hours spent idley accomplishing notta. the kids have been out of school so much lately.  Snow snow snow. I was just in a creative FUNK yesterday.  I think its because Im a little on the sick side.  Im so congested, and my head is KILLING me.  Theraflu is not helping either.  blah. I have some new favorite THINGS people!!!   I finally whipped out my new I-Rock Tool and gave it a go, and can I just say…  “OMG!!!!!!!!” And then I tried my newest Smooch color: Illuminate, and “OMG OMG!!!”    lol!!!!!!!
